David C. Kozak is a professor of public policy and director of the Institute for Policy and Leadership Studies at Gannon University in Erie, Pa. He is a visiting professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Kozak has lectured on American government and politics in Israel, Australia, Europe, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong. The title of this lecture is, "The Campaign and Election of 2004: Explanations and Implications."
